| 30-500°F (0-270°C): | Normal Operation. |
| Above 130°F (55°C): | Alternates Current and Max Temperature display. |
Below 30°F (0°C) or
Sensor Unplugged: | "--- °F" or "--- °C" displayed |
| Reset MAX Temp: | Hold Button for More Than 3 Seconds. |
| Reset MAX Temp: | Temperature Rises Above 130°F |

SETUP MODE:

1: Fahrenheit or Celcius:
Press the button to scroll through (default °F or °C.) |
Release button and wait 4 seconds to continue. >> |
2: Max TemperaturePress the button to scroll through (default Auto, On, or Off)
- AUTO: Max temperature is reset each time the temperature re-rises above 130°F (54°C.)
- ON: Max temperature is only reset manually.
- OFF: Max temperature is never displayed.
